SNPP Messages

Simple Network Paging Protocols notifications are supported. An SNPP Message notification type sends a text message using the Simple Network Paging Protocol (SNPP).

GNS Configuration File Keywords

The following keywords must be configured to enable SNPP messages. See the SNPP Paging Keywords for more information.

Keyword	Description
GNS_SNPP_ADDRESS	Specifies the TCP/IP or URL for the SNPP server.
GNS_SNPP_PORT	Specifies the port for the SNPP server. Typically 444.
